Service Standards - Planning, Building Control and Land Charges
We will determine 65% of major planning applications within 13 weeks.
We will determine 72% of minor planning applications within 8 weeks.
We will determine 85% of other planning applications within 8 weeks.
We will undertake 100% of building control plan checks and give a decision within 5 weeks (or 8 weeks if an extension of time has been given).
We will carry out 100% of standard land searches in 10 working days during the current financial year.
