  • Customer Services takes over 230,000 phone calls each year.

  • We aim to respond to 80% of those phone calls within 5 rings. Monday mornings are our busiest times and worth avoiding if at all possbile.

  • We regularly ask our customers to comment on our service and over 84% of those responding find the service either good or excellent.

  • We also deal with over 15,000 emails a year sent to our address at customer.services@bracknell-forest.gov.uk

  • Over 70,000 people come to see us at our offices at Time Square, Seymour House and Easthampstead House each year.

  • Around 300 couples tie the knot in the council's marriage room, which is located in the Syrett Suite at Easthampstead Park Conference Centre

  • Around 31,000 people pay their council tax by direct debit, and that's over 75% of council tax payers. Apart from being a convenient way to pay bills, direct debit helps us to keep down the costs of collecting the council tax.
