The Bracknell Forest Borough Local Development Framework (LDF) comprises a number of individual documents that together will guide the future development of the borough.
There are two types of documents - development plan documents and supplementary planning documents.
The policies in development plan documents will eventually replace the policies and proposals in the adopted Bracknell Forest Borough Local Plan.
Supporting information
- The programme for production of the LDF is set out in the Local Development Scheme.
- Monitoring of the LDF is carried out every year in the Annual Monitoring Report.
- The Statement of Community Involvement is the strategy on consultation process and requirements (who and how) for each type of document. It was adopted in July 2006.
- We have also produced a
Quick Guide to LDF (44kb).
For the list of LDF documents which have been adopted and which are under preparation, please see our pages about development plan documents and supplementary planning documents.
