Using these sites
If you need help at the sites please ask. The staff are there to help you. All members of staff have been trained in manual handling techniques, and have been instructed to lift only items of weights and dimensions that do not put their health and safety at risk. Therefore, staff may not be able to help you unload large or awkward items. We hope you appreciate and support our efforts to ensure that the health and safety of our staff, who are serving your local community, are protected.
Longshot Lane site is run by the Waste Recycling Group (WRG) as part of the re3 partnership contract with Bracknell Forest, Reading and Wokingham borough councils. If you have any complaints about either site, please contact re3 on 0800 9883023 or email re3.admin@wrg.co.uk.
