Training and Development for Practitioners

Bracknell Forest Early Years, Childcare and Play Service is committed to raising the levels of skills, knowledge and qualification for all sectors of the early years education, childcare and playwork workforce, to support the development of high quality services for children and their families.

The workforce development team provide information, advice and guidance to help practitioners understand the range of career, training and progression opportunities available to them. We support early years, childcare and play practitioners through a variety of professional development opportunities.  These range from continuous professional development to accredited training (ie. training that leads to a nationally recognised qualification).
