Youthline provides a free counselling service for young people between the ages of 12 to 25. Counselling provides a safe space to talk one to one with a counsellor about any troubling issues in confidence. The counsellor will listen without judgement and will help explore personal thoughts, feelings and experiences to help get difficulties into perspective. It is advisable to ring for an appointment.
