Positioned in a central location with easy access to the M4 and M3, Bracknell Leisure Centre is superbly situated to cater for an extensive range of events with the extra benefit of a free car park for over 650 vehicles.
The facilities include conference areas, meeting room, banqueting suite, sports halls and leisure facilities. Customers can now benefit from free wireless internet access in the Time Out Café, Hospitality Suite and Forest Suite.

Bracknell Leisure Centre has three conference/meeting rooms, which can accommodate from 2 to 200 delegates.
Each room is air conditioned and equipped with a range of ‘state of the art’ audio visual equipment to meet your requirements. A full range of catering options is available.
Meeting Room*
The Meeting Room is suitable for groups of up to 25 delegates. It will accommodate smaller conferences, training, presentations and interviews.
Balcony Hospitality Suite*
The Balcony Hospitality Suite offers a conference area that can accommodate 40 delegates. It is suitable for board meetings, small conferences and training seminars. The suite has an adjoining lounge and bar which is ideal for break out sessions.
Forest Suite
The Forest Suite can accommodate up to 200 delegates and is accessible through a private entrance. It is ideal for business launches, conferences, conventions, exhibitions, meetings and seminars.

At Bracknell Leisure Centre we have experience of hosting large events and provide a range of expertise. Our bookings officers can provide advice and guidance on all aspects of your event and we have an onsite team of electricians, maintenance and technical staff to assist you. A full range of catering options is also available.

There is ground floor vehicular access to halls.
With a dedicated bookings team to a catering team with many years experience, you can be assured whatever your function, it will be looked after with compassion. Each function is dealt with on an individual basis to make your day memorable.
Balcony Hospitality Suite *
The Balcony Hospitality Suite offers a comfortable environment with a bar for up to 100 guests. It is ideal for small to medium sized private functions.
Forest Suite
The Forest Suite can accommodate up to 250 guests and is accessible through a private entrance. Room layout and set-up can be tailored to your needs for dinner, dance and stage areas. It is ideal for family celebrations such as birthday parties and wedding receptions.
In addition to a choice of flexible menus, we are able to help you add those extra touches to create a more memorable occasion, including entertainment and travel.
