Train and Trust Golf Coaching Workshop on the driving range

This unique golf coaching workshop (practical) will reveal how to play consistent, enjoyable golf on course by understanding HOW to focus your conscious mind through deliberate practice on the range.
The fee is £50 and includes a target-oriented Golf DVD.

Junior Golf Foundation, Grass Roots Programme
Every Saturday Wayne, our golf pro, runs the Golf Foundation (Grass Roots Programme). The cost is £6 per week.
Discounted golf lessons with Wayne Owers for just £20.
Have a half hour golf lesson with Wayne between
- 2.15pm and 6pm on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday
- 11.30am and 3pm on a Saturday
We are proud to offer all stages of YMG coaching. This is a fun and exciting way for both girls and boys to start playing the game and is aimed at children aged 7 and over with various levels of experience.
- Next Cadets course (beginners) starts Saturday 4 February at 10am to 11am. The course will run for 8 weeks for £80.
Mighty Masters Golf (MMG) course
Aimed for younger children, the MMG course is designed for children aged 4 - 7 yrs. The basics of golf are taught in a very fun and relaxed atmosphere with age-appropriate equipment and games making the learning process enjoyable. Please call the golf shop for more information.
- New beginners course starting with Martyn on Tuesday 28 February at 6.30pm. This course will run every other week, giving you time to practise what you have learnt. 5 session course will cost £50.00.
- New intermediate course starting with Martyn on Tuesday 7 February at 6.30pm. This course will run every other week, giving you time to practise what you have learnt. 5 sessions will cost £50.00.

Give your game and equipment a once over before you start next season. Using the Vector Launch Monitor we can check your swing, equipment and golf balls to see if they are the most efficient for you. You can also fine tune your putting on the TOMI Pro Putting System. A half hour launch monitor or Tomi Putt session costs just £15 or have both done in 1 hour at the reduced rate of £25.
Would you like to achieve something before you go to work? Martyn Billers, our Assistant Golf Professional, is offering golf lessons from 7.30am. As a SPECIAL OFFER, there is a reduced price of just £15 for half an hour for lessons starting before 9am.
During the main school holidays we offer days of fun-based coaching to children aged 8 and above. These days run from 10am to 4pm and cost £30 per child, per day.
Included in the price is a day of fun-based tuition covering many aspects of the game of golf, lunch and refreshments. For more information, or to book a place, please call the Golf Shop on 01344 302030.

The Golf 4 U Academy offers coaching of the highest standards with state of the art video technology allowing you to view your swing during and after your lesson. With various packages available to suit you, our PGA professionals deliver coaching sessions based around the Golf 4 U ethic in four vital areas:
- Swing technique - developing a sound understanding of swing dynamics to optimise consistency.
- Short game - an under practised yet vital area of golf. Learning varying techniques to give a variety of short game shots.
- Course management - understanding how to approach a round of golf and circumstances that may arise during it.
- Well-being and golf - treating and training your body to aid the performance of your game.
All this can take place either on our driving range, sunken indoor teaching area, putting/chipping areas or pitch and putt course.
The golf professionals are very keen in promoting junior golf too so if you have a son or daughter, why not bring them along to one of our junior coaching sessions?
