Squash

Squash is a racquet sport and characterised as a "high-impact" exercise. Therefore although it can be regarded as a great work-out and de-stressor, be warned that it can place strain on the joints, notably the knees. Players are thus advised to “get fit for squash, don’t play squash to get fit”.
