For The Look Out staff, organising birthday parties is a piece of cake!

Parties are available all year around for children aged 5-12 years old. Each group is assigned a party explainer who will remain with you throughout the party, helping you get more out of your visit at the hands-on science and nature exhibition.

Children's parties include a meeting with Eric our mascot owl, he's a hoot!

Eric will deliver a special present to the birthday girl or boy. You will get a 10% discount card to use in the gift shop. You can also use your discount card to buy our range of party bags, which are priced between £1.95 and £3.20. The party also includes free invitations. We will send you the invitations by post, but are also available to download on the right. A party at The Look Out is something different, exciting and fun!

We are happy to provide catering for your party. Please look at the Birthday Party leaflet for food options. We also have a self-catering option if you would prefer to supply your own food.

Cost (per child):

• Hot Menu £12.35
• Cold Menu £11.70
• Self Catering £7.20
• Self Catering (no room hire) £6.35

Minimum 10 and maximum 20 children.

Party times

Weekends and Bracknell Forest school holidays;

• 10.00am - 12.00 noon
• 12.30pm - 2.30pm
• 3.00pm - 5.00pm

Term Time:

• 4.00pm - 6.00pm Fridays
• 4.00pm - 5.30pm or
• 4.30pm - 6.00pm (exhibition only, no room hire)
