*For all marriage and civil partnership ceremonies, a fee of £30 each is payable for notice of intent, which is given prior to the ceremony.

Notice for civil partnership £30 each person. Formation of civil partnership in Blue Room £40 + £3.50 for each certificate.

Certificates
Full certificate of birth, death or marriage - £7 each. £3.50 each if in current register.
Short certificate of birth - £5.50 each. £3.50 each if in current register.
Civil partnerships certificates - full or extract - £3.50 each at time of ceremony or £7 each at any other time.
Please note that for passport applications for people born on or after 1st January 1983, a full birth certificate is required.

Up to 6 hours access to birth, death and marriage indexes - £18
