Expressing an Interest in Adoption, Fostering or Short Break Care
If you are interested in fostering or short break care and want to know more, we need you to fill in our Expression of Interest form.
Regrettably, we are unable to take any adoption enquiries at the moment. Please contact us in November 2008 and we can update you on the situation then.
If you are contacting us as a couple, both partners can complete the same form. You do not need to fill it in twice.
The form takes about 10 minutes to complete on line and you can monitor your progress using the progress bar at the bottom of the screen.
Please note that this is an online form so you won't need to print the form.
