Housing Applications

HousingIn order to join the Housing Register, you must complete an application form and provide information about your housing need and personal circumstances.

There are three different application forms available and you need to use the one that matches your personal circumstances:

These forms are available for download on the right. You can also pick up a copy from the Social Services and Housing Reception at Time Square, or you can contact the Housing Options Team using the details on the right to request a copy.

Please make sure that you complete all the sections with as much detail as possible, in block capitals. Incomplete forms will be returned to you and this will result in a delay in registering your application. If there is anything you do not understand, please ask!

Once you have finished filling in the form, please follow the instructions on the last page.

You can cancel your entry on the Housing Register at any time by sending us your request in writing to the address given on the right.

We may cancel your application if you fail to renew your application after two reminders have been sent.

If your entry on the Housing Register is cancelled, we will inform you in writing, giving you reasons why.
