Sheltered Housing - Homeless
Sheltered housing is provided for older people who need smaller, more manageable accommodation, with the reassurance that help is always available in an emergency through a fitted alarm system.
Anyone over the age of 60 (and some people under 60) with a low level of support need can apply for sheltered housing.
If you are homeless and you wish to be considered for sheltered housing, you will need to make a homeless application. Please see Homelessness - Advice and Support for guidance on how to do this.
For more information about sheltered housing, please see Supported and Sheltered Housing - Information and Advice.
