Major achievements 2010/11

You Said

We are concerned at the level of speeding on a number of roads in Little/ Central Sandhurst.

We Did

Following discussions with the Highways Department of Bracknell Forest Council, ARCHER strips were installed to measure speeds over a seven day period.

You Said

There is a level of anti social behaviour at the Memorial Park.

We Did

Liaised with the police whose subsequent actions included agreement with the TOTAL Garage not to sell alcohol, plus improved engagement by PC Gary Campion and his PCSO with the young people who congregate at the Skate Park etc. As a result of this levels of anti social behaviour have dropped and this is reflected in the CADIS statistics.

Crime Statistics and CADIS Data

The Community Nuisance and Disorder Information System (CADIS) is a database that enables the Police and Borough Council to collate information about community nuisance and disorder and analyse and map the information so that activities can be more effectively targeted.
