Discounts - Certain 18 and 19 Year Olds
Those under 20 years of age on a qualifying course at school or college up to A-level, ONC or OND standard will not be counted as resident for Council Tax purposes. Their course must last more than 3 months and involve 12 hours of study per week.
To apply for this discount please advise Revenue Services of:
- the name of the person
- their date of birth
- the place at which they are studying
- the course being studied
- the expected date of completion of their course
