Annual Overview and Scrutiny Reports
As required by the Council’s Constitution, an annual overview and scrutiny report is prepared each year. The report explains the structure of overview and scrutiny and how its works at Bracknell Forest, outlines the work undertaken by the Overview and Scrutiny Commission and Panels and gives a forward look to future developments.

Having received and considered reports of overview and scrutiny reviews, the Executive must respond to the relevant Overview and Scrutiny Commission or Panel. The response may be in the form of a verbal response at a Commission or Panel meeting, which will be recorded in the minutes of that meeting, or in written format.
