Electoral Services
The Electoral Services Section is responsible for producing the Annual Register of Electors (which involves a house to house canvass each autumn of all 48,000+ properties in the Borough) and for the subsequent monthly registration process that runs from 1 December to mid August.
In addition, the Section is responsible for all elections in the Borough, apart from a Parliamentary Election in the Borough Wards of Ascot, Binfield with Warfield, Warfield Harvest Ride and Winkfield and Cranbourne.
This is because the electors of those wards fall within the Windsor Parliamentary Constituency, and any Parliamentary election for that seat is run by the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.
All other elections affecting those parts of the Borough that are in the Bracknell Constituency are conducted by the Electoral Services Section of Bracknell Forest.
Further pages of information regarding both the Registration as an Elector process and Elections are available on the left hand side of this page.
If these pages do not contain the information you require or you have a query arising from the pages, please contact the Electoral Services Section’s office (details on the right hand side of this page).
