Electoral Services
The Electoral Services Section is responsible for producing the Annual Register of Electors (which involves a house to house canvass each autumn of all 47,000 properties in the Borough) and for the subsequent monthly registration process that runs from 1 December to 11 August.
In addition, the Section is responsible for all elections in the Borough, apart from a Parliamentary Election in the Winkfield Parish.
This is because the electors of that Parish fall within the Windsor Parliamentary Constituency, and any Parliamentary election for that seat is run by the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.
Important note: Parliamentary boundary changes will come into force when the next General Election is held. These will see the following Polling Districts change Parliamentary constituency as shown:
| Polling District and location name | Current Parliamentary Constituency | Parliamentary constituency at the next General Election |
| BA - Binfield | Bracknell | Windsor |
| BB - Farley Wood | Bracknell | Windsor |
| WG - Whitegrove | Bracknell | Windsor |
| WM - St Michael’s | Bracknell | Windsor |
| WN - Warfield Park North | Bracknell | Windsor |
| WP - Warfield Park | Bracknell | Windsor |
| WQ - Quelm | Bracknell | Windsor |
| WV - Martins Heron and Warren | Windsor | Bracknell |
| WW - Forest Park | Windsor | Bracknell |
All other elections affecting those parts of the Borough that are in the Windsor Constituency are conducted by the Electoral Services Section of Bracknell Forest.
